አንድ ፡ ዓመት ፡ ባልሞላ ፡ ጊዜ ፡ ውስጥ ፥ በመላ፟ ፡ ኢትዮጵያ ፥ በሺሕ ፡ የሚቈጠሩ ፡ ንጹሓን ፡ ኢትዮጵያውያን ፡ በታጠቁ ፡ የገዢ ፡ ፓርቲ ፡ ደጋፊዎች ፡ ባሠቃቂ ፡ ኹኔታ ፡ ተገድለዋል ፤ በዐሥር ፡ ሺሕ ፡ የሚቈጠሩ ፡ ቈስለዋል ፤ ቀሳውስትና ፡ የቤተ ፡ ክህነት ፡ አባላት ፡ ታርደዋል ፤ አብያተ ፡ ክርስቲያናት ፡ ተቃጥለዋል ፤ መስጊዶች ፡ ፈርሰዋል ፤ ሦስት ፡ ሚልዮን ፡ የሚጠጉ ፡ ኢትዮጵያውያን ፡ ተፈናቅለዋል ፥ ቤት ፡ ንብረታቸውም ፡ ተዘርፏል ፤ የዐዲስ ፡ አበባ ፡ ባለዐደራ ፡ ምክር ፡ ቤት ፡ አባላትን ፡ ጨምሮ ፥ የሰብኣዊ ፡ መብት ፡ ጥያቄን ፡ ያነሡ ፡ በሺሕ ፡ የሚቈጠሩ ፡ ሰላማውያን ፡ በገፍ ፡ ተይዘው ፡ ታስረዋል ። 
በዚህ ፡ ዅሉ ፡ ኹኔታ ፡ የሕግ ፡ አስከባሪ ፡ ኀይል ፡ አባላት ፡ ለሕዝቡ ፡ ለምን ፡ እንዳልደረሱለት ፡ ሲጠየቁ ፥ "ከበላይ ፡ ትእዛዝ ፡ ስላልተሰጠን ፡ ነው" ፡ ሲሉ ፡ ደጋግመው ፡ አስረድተዋል ። የኢ.ፌ.ዴ.ሪ. ፡ (የኢትዮጵያ ፡ ፌዴራላዊ ፡ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ፡ ሪፓብሊክ) ፡ ይዘት ፡ ሹመኛዎችም ፥ ጕዳቱ ፡ ከተፈጸመ ፡ በዃላ ፡ ስለ ፡ ምክንያቱ ፡ ሲጠየቁ ፥ "በለውጥ ፡ ኺደት ፡ የሚደርስ ፡ አደጋ ፡ ነው" ፡ በማለት ፡ ጕዳቱን ፡ ደጋግመው ፡ አቃለውታል ።
ለዚህ ፡ ዅሉ ፡ ጥፋት ፡ ዋናው ፡ ምክንያት ፥ በተባበሩት ፡ ያሜሪካ ፡ ኹነቶች ፡ (ዩናይትድ ፡ ስቴይትስ ፡ ኦፍ ፡ አሜሪካ) ፡ እና ፡ በጥቂት ፡ ኀያላን ፡ መንግሥታት ፥ እጅግ ፡ ዐቅዳዊ ፡ በኾነው ፡ የአፍሪቃ ፡ ቀንድ ፡ አካባቢ ፡ ላደሩ፟ት ፡ የንጥቂያ ፡ ዐላማ ፡ ማስፈጸሚያ ፡ ሲሉ ፥ በ1980ዎቹ ፥ በኢትዮጵያ ፡ ላይ ፡ በኀይል ፡ የጫኑባት ፡ ከፋፋይ ፡ የ"አፓርትሀይድ" ፡ ሥርዐት ፡ ነው ፡ ብሎ ፡ የኢትዮጵያውያን ፡ ሀገራዊ ፡ ሥልጡንሕዝባዊ ፡ አንድነት ፡ (ኢ.ሀ.ሥ.አ.) ፡ ያምናል ።
ኢ.ሀ.ሥ.አ.፦
• በደረሰው ፡ የሕይወት ፡ መጥፋትና ፡ የሀገር ፡ መውደም ፡ መሪር ፡ ሐዘኑን ፡ እየገለጸ ፥ 
• ለዚህ ፡ ዅሉ ፡ ጥፋት ፡ ምክንያት ፡ የኾኑትን ፡ ፀረ ፡ ሥልጣኔ ፡ ድርጊቶችና ፡ ፈጻሚዎቻቸውን ፡ በጥብቅ ፡ ያወግዛል ፥ 
• የኢ.ፌ.ዴ.ሪ. ፡ ይዘትም ፡ ከያዘው ፡ የሀገር ፡ ክዳት ፡ አካኼድ ፡ መለስ ፡ ብሎ ፥ ሕግና ፡ ሥርዐትን ፡ እንዲያስከብር ፥ የሀገራውያኑን ፡ ዅሉ ፡ ደኅንነት ፥ አላንዳች ፡ አመሳሶ ፥ እኩል ፡ እንዲያረጋግጥ ፡ 
ጥሪውን ፡ ያስተላልፍለታል ።
ድርሶቹ ፥ ቀደም ፡ ሲል ፥ በዑስማናዊው ፡ ምልክ ፡ መበ፟ታተንና ፡ በዩጎስላቪያ ፡ ድበ፟ላ ፡ መፍረስ ፡ ዋዜማዎች ፡ የተፈጸሙትን ፡ "የዘር ፡ ማጽዳት" ፡ ዘመቻዎችን ፡ ይመስላሉ ። ኢትዮጵያ ፡ ግን ፡ ይህኛውንም ፡ ድበ፟ላ ፡ ያኛውንም ፡ ምልክ ፡ አይደለችምና ፥ መመ፟ሳሰሉ ፡ እዚህ ፡ ላይ ፡ ያበቃል ። ኢትዮጵያ ፥ የብዙ ፡ ሺሕ ፡ ዘመን ፡ ታሪክ ፡ ያላት ፥ በራሷ ፡ ሥልጣኔ ፡ ላይ ፡ የተመሠረተች ፡ ጥንታዊት ፡ ሀገር ፡ ናት ። ሕዝቧም ፡ ቢኾን ፥ ላለፉት ፡ 28 ፡ ዓመታት ፡ የተለያዩ ፡ ህልውናዎችን ፡ የሚሰብክ ፡ የሐሰት ፡ ተዝካር ፡ በወጣቱ ፡ ትውልድ ፡ አእምሮ ፡ ውስጥ ፡ ሊተ፟ከ፟ልበት ፡ ቢሞ፟ከርም ፥ ፈጽሞ ፡ የተዋሐደ ፡ አንድ ፡ ኢትዮጵያዊ ፡ ሕዝብነቱ ፡ አልተሻረም ፥ አይሻርምም ።
ኢትዮጵያ ፡ ላይ ፡ ሊያጠላ ፡ የሚወድ ፡ የውጭ ፡ ኀይል ፡ ቢኖር ፥ በላቀ ፡ ሥልጣኔ ፡ ይምጣባት ፤ በሌላ ፡ ዐይነት ፡ አመጣጥ ፡ ለሚመጣባት ፡ ዅሉ ፡ የማትገኝ ፡ መኾኗን ፡ የብዙ ፡ ሺሕ ፡ ዓመት ፡ ታሪኳ ፡ ያሳያል ። መጨረሻውን ፡ ላትገኝላቸው ፥ በከንቱ ፡ የንጹሓን ፡ ሕይወትና ፡ ደም ፡ በሚገ፟በ፟ርለት ፡ በዚህ ፡ የ21ኛው ፡ ክፍለ ፡ ዘመን ፡ ፋሺዝም ፡ እጃቸው ፡ ያለበት ፡ ዅሉ ፡ ከባድ ፡ ዋጋን ፡ እንደሚያስከፍላቸው ፡ ሊያውቁት ፡ ይገ፟ባ፟ል ።
የኢትዮጵያ ፡ ስያሳዊና ፡ ሰብኣዊ ፡ ኹኔታዎች ፡ ከዕለት ፡ ወደ ፡ ዕለት ፡ ስለሚባባሱ ፥ በኢ.ፌ.ዴ.ሪ. ፡ ባዕድ-ሠራሽ ፡ "ሕገ ፡ መንግሥት" ፡ የተመሰ፟ለው ፡ ይህ ፡ አጥፊ ፡ የ"አፓርትሀይድ" ፡ ሥርዐት ፡ ተሽሮ ፥ በሽግግር ፡ መንግሥት ፡ በፍጥነት ፡ እንዲተ፟ካ፟ና ፥ ዐዲስ ፡ ሕገ ፡ መንግሥት ፡ በሥልጡንሕዝባዊ ፡ አካኼድ ፡ የሚረቀቅበትና ፡ የሚጸድቅበት ፡ ዐዲስ ፡ ስያሳዊ ፡ ምዕራፍ ፡ እንዲዠምር ፥ ኢ.ሀ.ሥ.አ. ፡ አቋሙን ፡ ለሚመለከታቸው ፡ ዅሉ ፡ እንደሚከተለው ፡ ይገልጻል ።

1 ፤ የኢትዮጵያ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ አኹንም ፡ ተከድቷል ።
የኢ.ፌ.ዴ.ሪ. ፡ ይዘት ፥ በዶክተር ፡ ዐቢይ ፡ አሕመድ ፡ አንደበት ፥ በ2010 ፡ ዓ.ም. ፡ ቃል ፡ ገብቶት ፡ የነበረው ፡ "ሥር ፡ ነቀል" ፡ ለውጥ ፡ የውሃ ፡ ሽታ ፡ ኾኖ ፡ ቀርቷል ፤ አፍራሻውን ፥ በየዕለቱና ፡ በየቦታው ፡ ኹኔታው ፡ ይባባሳል ። "ደባ፟ዩ ፡ መንግሥት" ፥ በገዛ፟ ፡ ፈቃዱ ፥ ችሎቱን ፡ "ለክልል ፡ ዐምባ ፡ ገነኖች" ፡ ከሞላ ፡ ጐደል ፡ ለቋ፟ል ፤ እነዚህም ፡ ወደሚያፈነግጡበት ፡ አዝማሚያ ፡ አጋድለዋል ። ለመበ፟ታተኑ ፡ አካኼድ ፡ ዕንቅፋት ፡ ይኾናሉ ፡ እተባሉት ፡ ሀገራውያን ፡ ኢትዮጵያውያን ፡ ላይ ፡ ያነጣጠረም ፡ የ"ዘር ፡ ማጽዳት" ፡ ዘመቻ ፥ ዕለት ፡ በዕለት ፡ በሚባባስ ፡ ግዝፈት ፥ በዅሉም ፡ "ክልሎች" ፡ ተጠናክሮ ፡ ቀጥሏል ። ነገር ፡ ግን ፥ የኢትዮጵያ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ ሤራውን ፡ ስለ ፡ ተረዳ ፥ ለጥፋት ፡ ግብር ፡ ትብብርን ፡ በመንሣቱ ፥ የተጫረውን ፡ የጥላቻ ፡ እሳት ፡ ዅሉ ፡ በየደረሰበት ፡ ሳይለማ ፡ በደለማ ፡ አጥፍቶታል ።
ሀገር ፡ ኢትዮጵያ ፡ ተከድታለች ፤ የከዷት ፡ ዅሉ ፡ ለፍርድ ፡ ይቀርባሉ ፤ ተከድቶ ፡ የተበደለውም ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ በፍርድ ፡ ይካ፟ሳል ።
ለዘለዓለም ፡ ተደብቆ ፡ የሚቀር ፡ ነገር ፡ የለምና ፥ ከዠርባ ፡ ኾነው ፡ አንዲት ፡ እግዝእት ፡ ሀገርን ፡ የማፈራረስ ፡ ዘመቻን ፡ የሚመሩ ፣ ወይ ፡ የሚደግፉ ፣ ወይም ፡ ደግሞ ፡ የሚያበራቱ ፡ የውጭ ፡ መንግሥታትና ፡ ኀይሎች ፥ በኢትዮጵያ ፡ የሚኖራቸውን ፡ ዘላቂ ፡ ጥቅም ፡ ማበላሸታቸውን ፡ ዐውቀው ፥ ከርኩስ ፡ ድርጊታቸው ፡ በፍጥነት ፡ እንዲቈጠቡ ፡ ኢ.ሀ.ሥ.አ. ፡ ያስጠነቅቃል ።

2 ፤ የኢ.ፌ.ዴ.ሪ. ፡ ይዘት ፡ መንግሥታዊ ፡ ኀይልን ፡ ለ"ክልል" ፡ ዐምባ ፡ ገነኖች ፡ ለቋ፟ል ፤ የሥልጣን ፡ ባለቤት ፡ የኢትዮጵያ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ በመላ፟ ፡ ሀገሩ ፡ እግዚእናውን ፡ መልሶ ፡ የማስከበር ፡ ታሪካዊ ፡ ግዴታውን ፡ መወ፟ጣት ፡ ይጠበቅበታል ።
የኢ.ፌ.ዴ.ሪ. ፡ ይዘት ፡ የተመሠረተበት ፡ "ሕገ ፡ መንግሥት" ፡ አስቀድሞ ፡ እተቀመረለት ፡ የሀገር ፡ ፍርሰት ፡ ጫፍ ፡ ተቃርቦ ፡ በገቢር ፡ እስከ ፡ መታጣት ፡ ደረጃ ፡ ስለ ፡ ደረሰ ፥ የኢ.ፌ.ዴ.ሪ. ፡ ይዘት ፡ ራሱ ፡ በማንኛውም ፡ ሰዓት ፡ እሚ፟ደ፟ረመስበት ፡ አሥጊ ፡ ኹኔታ ፡ ውስጥ ፡ ይገኛል ።
በያካባቢው ፡ ሰላም ፡ ደፍርሷል ፤ ሕግና ፡ ሥርዐትን ፡ የሚያስከብር ፡ መንግሥት ፡ ጠፍቷል ። የኢትዮጵያን ፡ መንግሥታዊ ፡ ኀይል ፡ የጨበጠው ፡ ይዘት ፡ ስኡን ፡ ኾኗል ። ዛሬ ፥ ሕዝቡ ፡ በ"ጸጥታ ፡ ኀይሎች" ፡ ስለሚገደል ፥ ራሱ ፡ ሰላሙን ፡ ሊያስጠብቅ ፡ ተገዷ፟ል ። 
ከንግዲህ ፡ አገሬው ፥ ሀገሩን ፣ ነጻነቱን ፣ ደኅንነቱንና ፡ ንብረቱን ፡ ለመከላከል ፡ በሚል ፡ አንድያ ፡ ዐላማ ፥ ባልሞት ፡ ባይ ፡ ተጋዳይነት ፥ ባልቀ፟ማ፟ም ፡ ባይ ፡ ታጋይነት ፥ በያለበት ፡ በኢትዮጵያ ፡ ምድር ፡ ላይ ፡ ሊደራጅና ፥ አካባቢውን ፡ በመቈጣጠር ፡ እግዚእናውን ፡ ሊያስከብር ፡ ተገዷ፟ል ። ጭቈናን ፡ የመታገል ፡ ባሕርያዊ ፣ ትውፊታዊና ፡ ተገቢ ፡ መብቱ ፡ በዓለም ፡ የሰብኣዊ ፡ መብት ፡ ድንጋጌዎች ፡ ዅሉ ፡ ታውቆለታል ።
የሕዝብና ፡ የሀገር ፡ አገልጋይ ፡ የኾኑ ፡ የመንግሥት ፡ ሠራተኛዎች ፣ የሟያ ፡ ድርጅቶች ፣ መምህራንና ፡ ተማሪዎች ፣ የሕዝብና ፡ የሀገር ፡ ክንድ ፡ የኾኑ ፡ የሕግ ፡ አስከባሪና ፡ የጦር ፡ ሰራዊት ፡ አካላት ፣ አብያተ ፡ ክርስቲያናትና ፡ መስጊዶች ፣ የሥሉጥ ፡ ኅብረሰብ ፡ አባላትና ፡ የሕግ ፡ ባለሟያዎች ፣ የስያሳ ፡ ድርጅቶችና ፡ የተደራጁ ፡ አካላት ፡ ዅሉ ፥ ለኢትዮጵያ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ በመወገን ፥ እግዚእናውን ፡ በማስከበር ፡ ሕጋዊ ፡ ትግሉ ፡ በግልጽ ፡ እንዲያብ፟ሩለት ፡ ኢ.ሀ.ሥ.አ. ፡ የሀገር ፡ ፍቅር ፡ ጥሪውን ፡ እንሆ ፡ ያስተላልፍላቸዋል ።
እንደዚሁ ፥ በኢትዮጵያ ፡ ላይ ፡ በሚወርደው ፡ መዐት ፥ በቀጥታም ፡ ኾነ ፡ በተዘዋዋሪ ፥ እጃቸው ፡ ያለበት ፡ የውጭ ፡ መንግሥታት ፥ በስግብግብነት ፡ ላይ ፡ የተመሠረተውን ፡ ገዳይ ፡ የውጭ ፡ ስያሳቸውን ፡ ያስወግዱ ፡ ዘንድ ፡ ጫናውን ፡ እንዲያሳርፍባቸው ፥ የዓለም ፡ ኅብረተሰብን ፡ ትብብር ፡ ኢ.ሀ.ሥ.አ. ፡ በታላቅ ፡ አክብሮት ፡ ይጠይቃል ።

3 ፤ የሽግግር ፡ መንግሥት ፡ ባስቸኳይ ፡ ይመሥረት ።
የኢ.ፌ.ዴ.ሪ. ፡ ይዘት፦
• አንዳች ፡ የሥልጣን ፡ ተገቢነት ፡ የለውም ፤ 
• በእጀ ፡ መናኛ ፡ የያዘውን ፡ መንግሥታዊ ፡ ኀይል ፡ ለ"ክልል ፡ ዐምባ ፡ ገነኖች" ፡ እየጐለ፟መ፟ ፡ ሰጥቷል ፤ 
• ሕግንና ፡ ሥርዐትን ፡ የማስከበር ፡ ተግባሩን ፡ ትቷል ፤ 
• ሀገርን ፡ በመበታተን ፡ እኩይ ፡ ግብር ፥ ዋናው ፡ ተዋናይ ፡ በመኾን ፡ ኢትዮጵያን ፡ ከድቷል ።
ላለመክዳቱ ፡ ዋስትና ፡ የሚኾነው ፥ በሥልጡንሕዝባዊ ፡ ምርጫ ፡ ለሚሠ፟የ፟ም ፡ የሽግግር ፡ መንግሥት ፡ ቦታውን ፡ ለመልቀቅ ፡ ዝግጁ ፡ መኾኑን ፡ ሲገልጽና ፡ በገቢር ፡ ሲያሳይም ፡ ነውና ፥ ይህኑ ፡ እንዲያደርግ ፡ ኢ.ሀ.ሥ.አ. ፡ ጥያቄውን ፡ ለኢ.ፌ.ዴ.ሪ. ፡ ይዘት ፡ እንሆ ፡ በኢትዮጵያ ፡ ሕዝብ ፡ ፊት ፡ ያቀርብለታል ። ከዚህም ፡ ጋራ ፥ ኢትዮጵያ ፡ ወደሥልጡንሕዝባዊ ፡ የርትዕ ፡ መንግሥትነት ፡ የምትሸጋገርበትን ፡ የመመ፟ሪያ ፡ ዝርዝር ፡ ሐሳብ ፡ ለኢትዮጵያ ፡ ሕዝብ ፣ ለኢ.ፌ.ዴ.ሪ. ፡ ይዘትና ፡ ለሚመለከታቸው ፡ ዅሉ ፡ እንደሚያቀርብላቸው ፡ ኢ.ሀ.ሥ.አ. ፡ ያስታውቃል፨

(English translation of the Amharic original]

«The F.D.R.E. régime in Ethiopia is on the verge of collapse;
it must be replaced urgently by a Transitional Government.»

London, 1st December 2019.

In Ethiopia, over the past year, thousands of innocent civilians have been killed by armed supporters of the ruling parties, in atrocious circumstances; tens of thousands have been injured; priests and members of the Clergy beheaded; dozens of churches burnt to the ground; mosques destroyed; nearly three million civilians displaced, and their properties and belongings looted; peaceful civilians, including members of the Addis Abeba Caretaker Council, who raised human rights concerns have been arrested and jailed in their thousands.
Whenever the law enforcement agencies are asked as to why they did not come to the rescue of the civilian population, their response is consistently that they "did not receive orders from above". When, in the aftermath of the tragedies, officials of the F.D.R.E. (Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia) régime are in turn asked why this happened, their response is consistently that of downplaying the tragic events by claiming that "in the process of change these kinds of things happen".
The Ethiopians' Citizen Democratic Union (E.C.D.U.) believes that the principal cause for the unleashing of these devastations is the divisive "apartheid" system that had been imposed on Ethiopia by the United States of America and certain other foreign powers in the early 1990's, to facilitate their predatory aims in this most strategic region of the Horn of Africa.
The E.C.D.U.:
• expresses its profound sadness at the loss of human lives and the devastations;
• deplores and condemns in the strongest terms the anti-civilisation acts that caused them in the first place, as well as their perpetrators;
• calls on the F.D.R.E. régime to abandon this treasonable venture and, instead, ensure the respect of law and order as well as the security of all citizens without distinction.
These events remind us of the "ethnic cleansing" that characterised the years preceding the disaggregation of the Ottoman Empire and the disintegration of the Yugoslav Federation. The parallels end here though, as Ethiopia is neither an Empire nor a Federation. Ethiopia is a millennia old polity, founded on her own Civilisation. Her people are and remain one Ethiopian people, despite the continued attempts, over the past 28 years, to implant in the minds of her young generations false memories of divided existences. 
Any foreign power that harbours any aspiration of supremacy or ascendancy over Ethiopia can only do so by approaching her with a superior civilisation; any other approach is condemned to fail, as her millennia old history shows. Those who, in their vain attempt, are behind the sacrifice of human lives and blood to this 21st century fascism must know that there will be a day of reckoning.
The E.C.D.U. hereby imparts, to all concerned, its position with regards to the deteriorating political and humanitarian situation in Ethiopia, and calls for the opening of a new political chapter that leads from the removal of the murderous apartheid system instituted by the current F.D.R.E. régime's foreign inspired constitution, towards its replacement by a transitional government entrusted with the task of overseeing the democratic drafting and adoption processes of a new Ethiopian constitution.

1: The Ethiopian people are once again betrayed.
The promises of "radical change" made by the F.D.R.E. régime in the person of Dr. Abiy Ahmed, back in 2017, have turned out to be empty words; the situation on the ground is worsening by the day. The "federal government" has knowingly relinquished most of its powers to "regional potentates"; these in turn are leaning towards moving outside its control. In all of these regions, increasingly deadly "ethnic cleansing" attacks are being directed against those Ethiopian citizens deemed to be obstacles to the on-going process of disaggregation. However, the Ethiopian people, aware of the conspiracies, have refused, in many instances, to be party to these evil acts, and have managed to quell and put out the fire of hatred whenever and wherever it occurred.
Ethiopia has been betrayed; those who have betrayed her shall be brought to justice, and those victims of this betrayal shall be compensated.
Nothing remains hidden for ever. The E.C.D.U. warns those foreign governments and powers that, behind the scenes, direct, or support, or even encourage this campaign to break up a sovereign country, asking them to immediately cease such abject activities, knowing that they would otherwise compromise permanently their long term interests in Ethiopia.

2: The F.D.R.E. régime has relinquished State power to regional potentates; it is now for the Ethiopian people, as the source of authority, to discharge their historical obligation to reassert their sovereignty over the whole of their country.
The F.D.R.E. régime is on the verge of collapse, as the document it bases its existence on, the F.D.R.E. constitution, is reaching the final stage it was programmed for, that is, the dissolution of the country.
There is a countrywide breakdown of law and order; the State is no longer enforcing the law. Ethiopia is in the hands of a powerless régime. The Ethiopian People are today forced to ensure themselves their own security, as they have become targets for the "security forces".
Henceforth, the Ethiopian citizenry are forced to reassert their sovereignty, wherever they are on the Ethiopian territory, by organizing themselves in a spirit of self-defence, for the unique purpose of defending their country, their freedom, their security and their belongings. Their right to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, is natural, traditional, and legitimate, as recognized by all human rights declarations.
The E.C.D.U. send their patriotic appeal to public servants, professional organisations, teachers and students, members of law enforcement agencies and armed forces, churches and mosques, civil society and members of the legal profession, as well as political organisations and other organised bodies, to publicly side with the Ethiopian People in their lawful struggle to reassert their sovereignty.
In the same spirit, the E.C.D.U. address their most respectful appeal to the international community, to lend them their support in forcing the foreign governments that are directly or indirectly involved in the tragedies unfolding in Ethiopia, to abandon their murderous foreign policies motivated by greed.

3: A Transitional Government must urgently be established.
The F.D.R.E. régime :
• has no legitimate authority;
• has handed over State power it held illegitimately, to regional potentates;
• no longer exercises its law and order enforcement duties;
• has betrayed Ethiopia by being the main actor in the process of disaggregation of the country.
The guarantee for its non-betrayal is for the régime to accept to give way for a democratically elected Transitional Government, and to do so in practice. To that effect, the E.C.D.U. hereby presents the régime with its demand, in front of the Ethiopian people. Together with its demand, the E.C.D.U. announces that it will submit to the Ethiopian People, the F.D.R.E. régime, as well as all concerned parties, a detailed road map for the transition of Ethiopia to a democratic State of Right.

«Le régime R.F.D.E. en Éthiopie est sur le point de s'effondrer;
il doit être remplacé urgemment par un gouvernement de transition.»

Londres, le 1er décembre 2019.

 En Éthiopie, durant l'année écoulée, des milliers de civils innocents ont été tués, dans des circonstances atroces, par des milices armées des partis au pouvoir; plusieurs dizaines de milliers ont été blessés; des prêtres et des membres du clergé égorgés; des dizaines d'églises brûlées; des mosquées détruites; près de trois millions d'éthiopiens déplacés, et leurs biens et propriétés pillés; des milliers de civils, y compris des membres du Conseil Intérimaire de la mairie d'Addis Abeba, ont été arrêtés et emprisonnés pour avoir émis des soucis de droits humains. 
Chaque fois que les forces de l'ordre sont invitées à donner les raisons pour lesquelles elles ne sont pas venues à la rescousse de la population civile, leur réponse est, de manière consistante, "nous n'avons pas reçu d'ordres de nos supérieurs". Lorsque, au lendemain des tragédies, les officiels du régime R.F.D.E. (République Fédérale Démocratique d'Éthiopie) sont à leur tour interrogés sur les causes, leur réponse, encore une fois, et de manière consistante, s'efforce de minimiser l'importance des événements tragiques en affirmant que "ce genre de choses arrive dans les processus de changement".
L'Union Citoyenne Démocratique des Éthiopiens (U.C.D.E.) considère que la principale cause de ce déferlement de violence est le système séparatif d'apartheid qui a été imposé à l'Éthiopie par les États Unis d'Amérique et certaines autres puissances étrangères au début des années 1990, afin de faciliter leurs visées prédatrices en cette région hautement stratégique qu'est la Corne de l'Afrique. 
L'U.C.D.E.:
• exprime sa profonde tristesse face à ces pertes de vies et ces dévastations;
• dénonce et condamne le plus fermement les actes contre-civilisation qui sont à leurs origines, ainsi que leurs auteurs;
• appelle le régime R.F.D.E. à revenir sur cette aventure qui relève de la trahison, pour assurer l'ordre publique et la sécurité du citoyen, sans aucune distinction.
Ces événements rappellent les "nettoyages ethniques" qui ont caractérisés les années précédant la désagrégation de l'Empire ottoman ainsi que la désintégration de la Fédération Yougoslave. Mais l'Éthiopie n'est ni un empire ni une fédération. L'Éthiopie est un système politique vieux de plusieurs millénaires, fondée sur sa propre civilisation. Son peuple est et reste un, malgré les tentatives répétées, durant les 28 dernières années, d'implantation dans les esprits des jeunes générations, de fausses mémoires d'existences divisées. 
Toute puissance étrangère qui nourrit une quelconque ambition de suprématie ou d'ascendance sur l'Éthiopie devrait l'aborder avec une civilisation supérieure; toute autre tentative est condamnée à échouer comme nous le confirme son histoire vieille de plusieurs millénaires. Ceux qui, dans leurs vaines tentatives, sont à l'origine de ces sacrifices de vies et de sang humains au fascisme du 21ème siècle doivent savoir que le jour de jugement n'est pas loin.
L'U.C.D.E. communique par la présente, à tous les intéressés, sa position concernant les situations politique et humanitaire en Éthiopie qui s'aggravent de jour en jour, en lançant un appel pour l'ouverture d'un nouveau chapitre politique qui commence par la révocation du système sanguinaire d'apartheid institué par la constitution d'inspiration étrangère du régime R.F.D.E., et qui mène vers son remplacement par un gouvernement transitoire chargé de superviser les processus démocratiques de rédaction et d'adoption d'une nouvelle constitution éthiopienne.

1: Le peuple éthiopien est de nouveau trahi.
Les promesses de "changement radical" faites en 2017 par le régime R.F.D.E. en la personne du Dr. Abiy Ahmed se sont avérées vaines. En réalité, la situation sur le terrain s'aggrave de jour en jour. Le "gouvernement fédéral" a sciemment abandonné l'essentiel de son pouvoir aux "potentats régionaux"; ces derniers tendent, à leur tour, à s'éloigner progressivement en dehors de son contrôle. Dans toutes ces régions, des attaques de "nettoyage ethnique" de plus ne plus meurtrières sont perpétrées contre les citoyens éthiopiens considérés comme constituant des obstacles au processus de désagrégation engagé. Cependant, le peuple éthiopien, conscient de ces conspirations, a maintes fois refusé d'être partie prenante dans cette funeste entreprise, et réussi à maitriser et éteindre le feu de la haine aussitôt et partout où il s'est déclaré. 
L'Éthiopie a été trahie; ceux qui l'ont trahie seront présentés devant la justice, et les victimes de cette trahison seront compensées.
Rien ne restera caché pour toujours. L'U.C.D.E. met en garde les gouvernements étrangers et les puissances étrangères qui, dans les coulisses, dirigent, soutiennent, ou même encouragent cette campagne portant atteinte à l'intégrité d'un pays souverain, en leur demandant de cesser immédiatement ces activités abjectes, sachant qu'elles compromettraient de manières permanentes leurs intérêts à long terme en Éthiopie.

2: Le régime R.F.D.E. a abandonné le pouvoir étatique aux potentats régionaux; il appartient désormais au peuple éthiopien, en tant que source d'autorité, d'accomplir son devoir historique de réaffirmation de sa souveraineté sur tout le pays.
Le régime R.F.D.E. est sur le point de s'effondrer, sachant que le document auquel il doit son existence, la constitution du R.F.D.E., a atteint la dernière étape pour laquelle elle a été programmée, c'est-à-dire la dissolution du pays.
Il y a défaillance de l'ordre public dans tout le pays; l'État ne fait plus respecter la loi. L'Éthiopie est désormais entre les mains d'un régime impuissant. Le peuple éthiopien est aujourd'hui réduit à assurer lui-même sa sécurité, parce qu'il est devenu la cible des "forces de sécurité".
Désormais, les citoyens éthiopiens sont dans l'obligation de réaffirmer leur souveraineté partout où ils se trouvent sur le territoire éthiopien, en s'organisant dans un esprit de légitime défense, avec l'unique objectif de défendre leur pays, leur liberté, leur sécurité et leurs biens. Leur droit, en suprême recours, à la révolte contre la tyrannie et l'oppression, est naturel, traditionnel et légitime, comme cela est reconnu par toutes les déclarations des droits humains.
L'U.C.D.E lance son appel patriotique à l'adresse des serviteurs du peuple que sont les fonctionnaires publics, les organisations professionnelles, les enseignants et étudiants, les membres des forces de l'ordre et des forces armées, les églises et mosquées, la société civile et les membres des professions libérales, ainsi que les organisations politiques et les corps organisés, afin qu'ils s'engagent publiquement aux cotés du peuple éthiopien dans sa lutte légitime de réaffirmation de sa souveraineté.
Dans le même esprit, l'U.C.D.E lance son appel le plus respectueux à la communauté internationale pour qu'elle lui offre son soutien afin d'obliger les gouvernements étrangers qui sont directement ou indirectement responsables de cette tragédie éthiopienne, à abandonner leurs politiques étrangères meurtrières motivées par la cupidité. 

3: Un gouvernement de transition doit être établi urgemment.
Le régime R.F.D.E.:
• n'a aucune autorité légitime;
• a abandonné aux potentats régionaux, le pouvoir étatique qu'il détenait de manière illégitime;
• ne fait plus respecter la loi et l'ordre public;
• a trahi l'Éthiopie en devenant le principal acteur dans le processus de désagrégation du pays.
La garantie de sa non-trahison est pour le régime d'accepter de céder sa place à un gouvernement de transition démocratiquement élu, et d'agir en sorte. À cet effet, l'U.C.D.E. lui adresse par la présente, et devant le peuple éthiopien, sa demande d'agir dans ce sens. Avec cette demande, l'U.C.D.E. annonce aussi qu'elle soumettra au peuple éthiopien, au régime R.F.D.E., ainsi qu'à toutes les parties concernées, une feuille de route détaillée pour la transition de l'Éthiopie vers un État de Droit démocratique.
